Company Secretarial Services
We know that every company is different in their approach, with varying needs. Our extensive in-house legal experience in a range of industries means we understand business and your requirements for pragmatic legal advice at a sensible price.
We offer a company secretarial service for private limited companies, helping them to establish best practice and maintain all their day to day needs.
Our ethos is to treat each client individually with a bespoke approach that is specifically dependent on the company’s size and budget. The aim is to offer a cost-effective service, while continuing to maintain a high professional standard.
Our standard service offers includes:
- maintaining the company’s statutory registers
- preparing and efiling the company’s annual Confirmation Statement
- recording any changes in the statutory registers and efiling at Companies House as required
- sending reminders about statutory accounts filings due with Companies House
The service costs just £300 plus VAT per year for companies with up to 5 directors or shareholders, payable in advance. Many clients also combine this with our legal retainer service for ongoing corporate and commercial support. Companies House filing fees are not included and will be charged in addition as disbursements.
The service does not include managing board meetings, preparing minutes or resolutions, or specialist consultancy work. Our fees for this work can be quoted separately whenever you require.
We also have a premium service, which, in addition to the above standard service, provides the following:
- provision of corporate nominee Company Secretary
- attendance at board meetings
- preparation of board papers, board minutes, resolutions and notices of meetings
- share allotments or transfers
dealing with Director changes - preparing stock transfer forms and share certificates
